We know that our clients are concerned about how their information is obtained and used. Therefore, to continue providing excellent service to its users, Uncover has developed this Privacy Policy, explaining how we collect and process personal information obtained on our Platform.
Uncover user information is obtained through the Platform, owned by Uncover. The Platform specifically serves to integrate media data from all clients, organizing the display of such data and ultimately prescribing an optimization of clients' media investments for their advertising.
The following data is collected by the Site: 1. Data created during the use of our services, such as location, Platform usage, device, and browser. 2. Company and employee registration information (name, surname, email); 3. Information related to media investment and performance, company growth initiatives, sales, revenue, and similar; 4. Information related to the Platform's operation (customer support contact, evaluations, feedback, etc.); 5. Usage information (dates and times of access to the Site, pages or features of the Site that were viewed, browser type, and third-party sites or services used before interacting with our services, etc.).
Clients' personal information is obtained so that we can provide the contracted marketing services, organizing the display of media data and prescribing strategies for optimizing advertising investments. We clarify that the veracity, accuracy, currency, and authenticity of the personal information provided are the sole responsibility of the users, who commit to keeping it updated. The purposes of the information obtained include: 1. Enabling clients to choose marketing strategies; 2. Enabling clients to monitor the marketing strategies implemented; 3. Recording the marketing investments made by the client; 4. Improving our services and offering a better experience to clients; 5. Communication with the client; 6. Preventing fraud and ensuring greater security on our Site. Additionally, we may request the user's consent for a specific purpose, communicated to the user. We inform that consent for the processing of specific information can be revoked by the user at any time.
By using our website, the user agrees that Uncover uses cookies solely to control audience and navigation on its site. After this period, the information is deleted or anonymized.
Uncover does not sell its clients' personal information. However, Uncover shares its clients' personal information with third parties in the following cases: 1. Public authorities. Uncover may share user information to comply with law, regulation, or determination by a competent authority. The use of the information will depend on the purpose intended by the legal, regulatory, and/or competent authority's determination. If sharing personal information with third parties not listed above is necessary, Uncover will obtain the user's express consent. User data collected by the Uncover platform via Google Workspace APIs or similar are only used for the development, improvement, or training of AI/ML models used by that same user; that is, no collected data will be used for the development of generalized, public, or shared models with other users. No data is shared with third parties without the user's explicit authorization, or for the purpose of complying with law, regulation, or determination by a competent authority.
Google API data used in AI/ML models is limited to:
- Data from campaign results run on Google Ads
- Data from campaign results run on DV360
The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the limited use requirements.
Uncover's Privacy Policy may be changed at any time, and in the event of significant changes, the user will be notified through the Platform, in their account. It is therefore recommended that the user frequently consult the Platform to check for any changes.
